I got several estimates, and although the estimate from Coleman Roofing was $500 cheaper than anyone else, I realized I could not afford a new roof at this time. Chris was the only person who gave me several less expensive options and throughly explained what each option entailed and what I could expect. I ended up choosing to put a protective coating over my old tin roof, which will buy me some time until I can afford a new one. And it looks beautiful! "Called for estimate and they came out the next day to look at my roof. While they were on the roof they noticed that I had hail and storm damage and recommended that I call my homeowner's insurance company. They met the adjuster from the insurance company and walked the roof with him to show the damage and greatly helped get the replacement roof covered by insurance. I still got two other bids and they were very patient with me and took a lot of time to meet with me several times to go over the competiting bids. Made recommendations to improve ventilation which should increase the life of the roof. When selected they came to install the roof when promised. Very professional crew, very careful not to damage shrubs or gutters. Owner even came by to check on the install, Afterwards cleaned up and left everything in good order. Harrison was great to work with and would recommend to anyone."
