Safety Mission Statement of Coleman Roofing, LLC
It is policy of Coleman Roofing, LLC to perform all of its work in the safest manner possible, while utilizing the most effective roofing practices and achieving the highest quality construction. To fulfill our vision, Coleman Roofing has put into practice an effective accident prevention program to be enforced on each and every jobsite.  This program will allow us to provide a safer work environment for our employees and sub-contractors and will enable us to far exceed our client’s expectations.

Safety Policy
The management and supervision of Coleman Roofing, LLC considers no phase of our work of greater important than the protection of your safety. Coleman Roofing’s Safety Policy on the prohibition of illegal drugs, alcohol and other prohibited articles is explained in the Drug and Alcohol Free Work Environment section of the Policy and Procedures Manual. Your compliance with these policies is a condition of your employment.

Coleman Roofing does not take your safety lightly. For this reason, you will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination if you violate our safety rules or behave in a manner, which exposes you or other to the risk of injury.

Coleman Roofing welcomes your questions and your input on any topic related to the safe and productive accomplishment of the work at hand.

Employees must  act with common sense and safety in mind at all times. If you observe any conditions or circumstances, which you believe are, or may be, unsafe you are required to immediately report the situation to your Operations Manager.
