The job was very professional and well managed from start to finish. The crews were well mannered and respectful. Management was competent and covered all the bases, and the job was performed as promised. I would use them again and have recommended them to several friends.

Called for estimate and they came out the next day to look at my roof. While they were on the roof they noticed that I had hail and storm damage and recommended that I call my homeowner's insurance company. The met the adjuster from the insurance company and walked the roof with him to show the damage and greatly helped get the replacement roof covered by insurance. I still got two other bids and they were very patient with me and took a lot of time to meet with me several times to go over the competing bids. Made recommendations to improve ventilation which should increase the life of the roof. When selected they came to install the roof when promised. Very professional crew, very careful not to damage shrubs or gutters. Owner even came by to check on install. Afterwards cleaned up and left everything in good order. Harrison was great to work with and would recommend to anyone.

When I explained that I wanted a reliable and affordable roof, "no bells and whistles", he understood exactly what I wanted and did not try to convince me that I needed more-(unlike some other roofers did).I got what I needed , and could afford. All of the workers were professional. They obviously knew what they were doing. Chris was often around to oversee the on-going work. The person who did the eaves repair and painting was excellent! He even painted my door! Excellent! I am a widow and this is the type of thing that my husband used to take care of. It was great to feel that I had some backing in my search to get a job done. It went very well. They showed up when they were supposed. They had to replace the decking on an overhang and explained why the previous roof leaked. The roof looks nice. They did a good job of cleaning up afterword.

Our roof began leaking from the roof cap and it had to be replaced. After examining it, Ron found that the original roof cap was too narrow and had not be secured properly by the homebuilder. He replaced the narrow roof cap with a new one that fits much better and secured it properly. Throughout the process, he was informative and understanding when I had questions and seemed very knowledgeable about his job. We phoned Coleman Monday morning, around 9:00 am and the repair was done by 3:00 pm that day. Because of the quick response and action by Tiffany and Ron in getting to our job, our roof was saved of any serious leaks that would create greater problems. I cannot recommend Coleman Roofing highly enough.
